Hello there, My names Alex.

My 9700 Has been working perfectly for weeks...

Then suddenly I bring up my BBM contact list... and I press the trackpad to select a contact and open up a chat box, but when I press it exactly nothing happens. It just stopped just like that. I can press it all number of times on any contact... the chat box doesn't appear but everything else is still responsive. Using menu - open chat box doesnt work either.

Please by god help me lol

A reboot or battery pull will help you solve the problem... But if it happened in bbm groups, then its a known bug on the recent OS builds.. They keyboard will not show up in bbm group chat...
