I forgot my Password Keeper password. I went to my desktop manager to retrieve my info except that I STILL don't know the password. It gives you 10 tries before it erases everything in your password keeper and you're back at square one!
Advice on using Password Manager - choose a strong password (8 chars of upper, lower case plus numbers) then test it BEFORE you fill it with password data. If you're likely to forget it choose a secure way to write it down and keep the info safe and separate from your BlackBerry. The up side is the BB password manager is designed to be secure.
