I deleted the app when I got my pearl because I didn't think I'd use it ...now I want it back
Is there a way to get it back....and if not are there any other similar apps out there that won't break the bank to get?

You can reload the application by installing the OS version that matches the one on your device. They can be found on the blackberry website. One the OS is installed to your PC you can then select which application to load under the Desktop Manager - App Loader - Advanced.
There are other application that serve a similar function and provide more features. I personally like and use SafeWallet by SBSH. It works great and has a PC client that syncs with the BB client and keeps everything up to date. They have a trial period, so check it out and see what you think. SBSH also offer a discount if your a member of their support forum.

Or get a better version.
KeePass for Blackberry. You can look that up for the download. You can also download the PC version and sync between the two.
Ascendo DataVault is another good product.
what is the purpose of those programs tho? i mean if i cant remember my passwords, then i need to make ones I can remember! if my BB was lost or stolen, i wouldnt want anyone to get my info anyway... so out of curiosity, why?
The Password Keeper is very secure. Even if someone can get into your BB they need a seperate password to get into PK. If you're like me and use sometimes up to 30 passwords a day that have to change every 2-3 months, an app like this can come in very handy.
Exactly! Some website do not allow certain variations of passwords (alpha, numeric, symbols or combinations)
Also, programs like DataValt are called e-wallets. This app will hold all kinds of information like website info, financial info, and so on. The encryption is the key for security.
thanks for all the replies . I don't want to reinstall my OS so I'll check out some of the links provided

A .jad file is designed for OTA transfer and will not load via Desktop Manager.
There is a link to download from the PC, I will search and post here. I believe there are links to it on download.com. I like it because it is free.
Hopefully this is it:
KeePass for Blackberry zip
If not the site I got it from is:
