    Was wondering if I can download OS7 for a 9650? I just got the phone last week and it all ready has OS6 on it.

    OS 7 will not work on the 9650. You will only get OS 6.0 updates.

    If you want OS 7 take it back and get a OS 7 device. You still have time to return it. Most carriers are 14 days.
