I have a question about all the OS Leaks and the Hybrids that are out. I downloaded OS 5.00.230 yesterday and it runs fine, battery might go a little quick, but so far so good. I keep reading about Hybrid Versions of this OS in posts and am just curious what is the Hybrid? How do you tell if your OS is a Hybrid or just a normal leaked one? And if the Hybrids are better, can they be installed through desktop manager just like the leak I used yesterday? I got it from BBLeaks.com.
I see you have OS Irtehun's 7.15 Hybrid installed. I downloaded it, but have no idea of how to install it. I guess my question is what's the difference between that and just a normal leak of the OS?
well i have 7.16 hybrid now but the 7.15 is a great hybrid man and basically a hybrid is an add-on to the os that adds newer files from the other leaks from the other phone..if you ready to add the hybrid on or when your ready just add me to bbm and i will walk u through it
1) Well its something to do to let the OS settle in...idk if its a mind thing or what but i always just do 3 battery pulls to let all the programs and files settle themselves in...
2) The 7.16 is just another hybrid but this one actually contains files from the Essex...some say its the best hybrid so far....

Battery pulls help the OS to normalize. By removing the battery completely it lets all the power discharge from your device and essentially gives it a hard boot. I try to spread my battery pulls out over the course of an hour or two, one right away, one after restoring all apps, one more a little later, and then update my PRL. We just use 3 as a rule of thumb, but if you want to do more than that, feel free. If you only have time for 2, no worries.
As far as 7.16, to be specific, there are 88 .412 files from the 9650. Currently this hybrid is only available to BBHybrids VIP's.

^^^ said good...if everybody wants to know where i learned all my knowledge from if from Willyboy...learned alot from him..
you will be benefitted by it just being more stable, responsive, and better battery life, you can always try it out and if you dont like it, you can downgrade back. But the 7.15 is the best hybrid so far right now for public download.

you could try to put the .191 radio on there and see if that helps....
