Hi, I own a 9900 and a hyundai elantra. I've updated my 9900 to os 7.1 many times before but have rolled back to 7.0 because the bluetooth pairing would fail after certain number of successful connection. Does anyone else have this issue? I want to update to 7.1 but this is the only thing keeping me away from it!
I'm on 7.1 and have not had connection issues with my BMW 535i. I did have issues with some older OS 6 and a different car but it was caused by an update to the car's bluetooth system and not the OS.

Tried every version of 7.1 apart from .437
Each one has paired faultlessly with my Ford Focus.
I think it's more of an issue with the Hyundais than it is with the BB software, because my Elantra and my 9810 do the exact same thing, as did my mom's Genesis Coupe with her BB Style. The only thing I can suggest is that maybe you delete the pairing from your car and then try to re-pair it.
Passing along the info from the hyudai forums. It worked for me.

Delete your bb from your hyundai and from your phone.
Now before pairing go:
1: Networks and Connections
2: Bluetooth Connections
3: Click on Menu (BB sign next to track pad)
4: Select Option
then make sure the encryption is off
5: Scroll down to Services unselect everything except HANDSFREE
Save your setting and pair your device again with your hyundai.
Your phone will now work for phone call only with your car. Music through bluebook will not work unit hyundai come with an updated to fix this.
