Help please! My calendar appointments delete themselves from my Curve 8310 calendard after about 2 weeks. I've searched threads and have set the options in the calendar to "forever" (which it was already anyway), and I don't believe I have GoogleSync. I do have Google Maps and the Google Mobile App (for simple googling) though. Can anyone shed some light for me? I really need those past calendar appointments to stay there for business purposes. Much thanks!

In the Calendar app, go to Options > General Options. Sroll down and check your Keep Appointments setting. I'll venture to guess that it's set for 15 days. Change it to your desired length and save. Hopefully your problem is as simple as that.

Thanks, but as per my original post, it's already set to 'forever.' I checked it again though, and it's still 'forever,' so not sure what the dealio is. Thanks for the tip though.

I have the same problem and I'm really suprised RIM has not addressed it. It seems to me that this affects quite a few people and I do not understand why it is not getting any attention.

I can understand if the DEVICE only wants to delete old appointments due to space requirments even though that is not an issue in my case or yours apparantly. But, if you have the option sewt to keep appointments FOREVER, it should mean just that.... the appointments stay FOREVER....

    SOOOOOOOOOOOOO FRUSTRATING.

I've got the same problem too, still trying to figure it all out. This has only been a recent problem though. Got my bold a couple months back and everything was ok, I only started to notice the disappearing appointments about a month ago. I thought initially it was the DM 5.0 because I had 4.7 and didn't notice the problem then. I'm going to try uninstalling 5.0 and putting 4.7 back and see how that works out. But it'd be interesting to see what else other people have done.

Anyone found a fix for this? I can live with only 30 days of appointments on my BB but leave all of my old appointments in Outlook alone.
