Actually I finished upset and I started to frustate.

    Story is here.
Verizon tried to figure it out what's the problem but I cannot get any answers. This is in process.

    1. I have unlocked 9930 but it's originally from Verizon.
    2. I used T mobile but I cannot get any 3G data.
    3. So I decided to transfer to Verizon.
    4. I chose $60 Prepaid which is included 2GB data plan.
    5. It's second-hands. I bought it from someone.
    6. I reinstall OS7.

Problem is I cannot access internet browser. I'm see the message "Browsing over the cellular network is not included as part of your current service plan.
So I called Verizon to set up BIS, they don't know what is that. Just kept talking turn off and back on and check your mobile network. I tried to set it up a couple of times I can't.

Here is what I did to access internet browser.
    1. wipe the data
    2. called *228 to activate for the phone.
    3. called verizon and blackberry each 20 times.
    4. host routing table register. (I cannot see anything on this section, only can see no entries)

First of all I cannot see any BIS on my device. Only I can see enterprise activation. Also I called Blackberry, they said the problems belong to verizon. That's what I have for now.
I really really upset because of stupid verizon and blackberry.

Actually it's in process, I don't believe they're gonna fix it.
    Anybody thoughts?

Did anyone ever send you service books? Did you change your apn settings to what verizon uses? That's all I really have to offer you from what I see.

This is a verizon issue as they need to activate BIS on your plan in order to access the BB NOC servers.

You need Blackberry Internet Services...BIS. That's what the problem is. Ring back to your network and ask for BlackBerry Internet services. If the operator says he/she doesn't know what you mean ask to speak to a manager.

    Asking others. Not answering.

Does a wipe clear an IT policy? That might be the problem? Is the phone looking for a BES, and not allowing the BIS?

Thank you so much. Actually I don't know how to do service book and apn setting.
As I told you, Verizon technical support team didn't answer me. I'll ask them. But do you know about APN address of Verizon?

    To register your device :

Options / device / advanced system settings / host routing table .

Now press BB key & select
    " Register now "

If you don't get a notification , your data plan isn't compatible with BB phone .
