I saw in the comments for the new BBM 5.0.55 that some people are missing spell check...and so i decided to check mine and I dont have spell check in my BBM either, i have it when i write SMS though...Any ideas?

The reason I'm asking is remember when the first BBM 5.0 was released and you needed to be running 4.5.0.131 in order for it to work? I'm wondering if OS's lower than that do not have the option...

to those that are saying this is no big deal you are right, it is not IF you only use english to communicate, but i use spanish quite a bit and it is rather difficult to try and insert some characters through the keyboard, as well as getting some of the accents in the correct place. they need to fix this quickly. my french spelling is also atrocious but i can get away with it when i have the spell check this issue is ridiculous, its got me a bit miffed.

So far, the ones who are mostly reporting not having spellcheck are people with OS 4.6.

I think we have come to the conclusion that any OS less than 5.0 will not have spell check on the new BBM .55 version. no need to beat a dead horse, unless someone that isn't running a 5.0 OS posts that they have spell check still.
