Hey all

Got my new 9700 yesterday and had to wait 24 hours for O2 to add the BIS bolt on.

Woke up this morning to find the message that says my Blackberry wireless device has been registered.

However, anything data related (Facebook, BBM, Windows Live) will NOT work. I can use the internet, but its WAP only.

So far I have:

• Removed service books
• Hard reset
• And re-registered on the 'Routing table' option

If I go into Manage Connections, it says BIS is NOT connected.

So why do I get that message that says my handset has been registered onto the network?

My old BIS username and password don't work, so I've tried to 'Create a New Account' on the o2 UK BIS website, and I get the message saying my handset isn't registered on the network.

On a side note, not that this matters yet since I can't even use the browser, I have no Search bar.

Is this an O2 thing as TMO and old blue have this done before you leave the store?
