i just got a new blackberry storm. but for some reason i dont have a bbm icon. i cant figure out how to download it. im running the 4.7.148 os but i cant find a ota to download black berry messenger. can someone please help... oh and my browser does work so it is not a data issue

the BBM icon is in the IM folder. if it is not there then you have to install it via your desktop manager.
