My battery life is noticeably worse than it was on 7.3. It's dying before the end of the day, with no different tasks going on than I had on 7.3
Please make sure you have only 1 delfteo os installed at your pc, nothing more, because when you read the other people here and also my experience this hybrid has I BIG battery time I do 3x more now and also others here have the same experience, see what went wrong and make a new start wipe your device and. With a clean delfteo folder install it.
Really you see the different.
The excel error is - Error starting SheetToGo47: Class 'com.dataviz.dxtg.common.draftprint.DraftPrintThre ad' not found. With this error, I cannot open/use Excel. The same error in v7.2 also. SlideshowToGo and WordToGo are working well.
As for wap, I need to use the Blackberry Browser to install some third party apps which is not found in the AppWorld. Another reason to use wap is, in some 'restricted' areas where I work, it limit the 2G/3G connection ports. Although I only need to visit these areas once in a year but each of these visit will take around 1-3 weeks long. The last reason is Opera does not always give the proper formatting for some sites, and Bolt browser is no longer available (can you give me the jad for this app too?)
In Service Book menu (under Advanced Options), these are the available settings.
- Wi-Fi TCP/IP Transport [WPTCP]
- Wi-Fi TCP/IP Browser [BrowserConfig]
I can view/delete but I cannot add.
In the stock OS, I have 2 more settings.
In my TCP/IP menu (under Advanced Options),
[x] APN Settings Enabled
APN: wap.cingular
[x] APN Authentication Enabled
Username for APN: [email protected]
Password for APN: ********* (i don't know what is the password though)
In my Browser menu (under Advanced Options),
Default browser configuation: Hotspot Browser only.
In Stock OS, I can choose between Hotspot Browser or WAP 2.0 Browser.
I just tried to install the PDF2go using BBSAK. It stated installed successfully, but I cannot find it in the system. I believe it has nothing to do with the themes, because I have used BBSAK to read the system, and PDF2go is not listed.
Also, BBSAK showed the list of installed modules in the system. I have seen the AppWorld, Blackberry Browser but strangely the icons are not found in the menu too!?
I also discover that, when the WAP 2.0 browser option is not available for me to choose, I am not able to use 3G internet connection for AppWorld; for Google Map; for Opera also. This is the same for me when I use JSL v7.0 too
In Service Book menu (under Advanced Options), these are the available settings.
- Wi-Fi TCP/IP Transport [WPTCP]

.
You missed all your browser and msn servicebooks, here you have only the wifi browser.
Goto advanced menu and click "host routing table" here click register.
Now your servicebooks will come, if not ask your carrier to sent you your servicebooks.
When you have them make a backup with DM for the next time.
When your servicebooks are complete everything is working nice and smooth.
I'm testing now DelftEo 7.5 with OS 7.1.0.342
If it's ok I pass it to the beta testers.
Till now browser is quick and improved the wlan signal it has more distance.
See what the new batt cod is doing.
After installing I changed the permission and the app works great without any problems.
Make sure your offline package is a good package, use my ota link to make sure, if you keep the problems See to install DelftEo again (make sure you have no other os installed in pc) and after you installed it, install this app with a clean os. Then put back your backups and settings.
Here it works normal without any problems.
