I have been waiting to get my hands on the new BBM App for what seems like a lifetime. I have been using OS 5.0.0.100 since it became available and BBM was the one thing I wanted to make my Bold complete.

The news I had been waiting for arrived "BBM is leaked" said the front page on the site with a bunch of links....

Then my dreams were shattered. None of the files are available on the MegaUpload site. I am obviously not enough of a Crackberry Addict....I must check the forums more often.

Come on Crackberry community.....give us some new links...........Please!!

Go back to homepage...there is a link in the first paragraph to BlackBerryOS try that!! It has links to 5.0 and install instructions

Downloaded what I thought was new BBM from handheld and it erased old BBM icon and it shows it as downloaded in applications but no icon! What do I do? Someone please send me correct link for v4.3.0.127

I have only seen bbm 5.0 available for your device running OS 4.5

I would recommend updating your os, and the reload bbm 5.0.

That sounds similar to what an OS upgrade did to my contacts book, took them all.. Luckily I had a recent back up and was able to restore my contacts through DM.

On a more related note, I just upgraded to BBM 5.0 too and it took all mine but I only had 18 I have to see if if DM will restore my BBM contacts now, not sure but I'm thinkin' it might.

Nice thing is that BBM 5.0 has a built in contact backup feature. Sweet!
