I just got another Tour, and have since noticed when I installed my os and hybrid that some contacts are grayed out. I KNOW 4 of them have the newest BBM, they are not grayed out. But everyone else that does not have it is grayed out and when I try to send them a message it says they do not have me as a contact, anyone else have this problem?
not a problem here. Most of my contacts are still running bbm 4.6 or 4.7
Nope. No issues like that here. A few of my contacts still yet to upgrade but no issues.
Weird, I just called BB tech to ask them about it and it said the wait is more than 15 minutes, at the beginning it said if you are calling about your Blackberry we are aware of the issue affecting all carriers in North America and we are working with research in motion to correct the problem, wonder what that is about?

What version are they running?
They stopped supporting 5.0.0.8 earlier this week. Could it be those are the people getting dropped from your list?
Yea I know those people have BBM 5, just not the newest one.
