lol!!! I'm so stupid....
I tried to remove a bunch of cods to save some space. I thought I just got all the foreign language ones, but I must have hit something else because I have App error 205.
Restoring again...
I'm running the 8320 with a .162 base with the latest lyricidal and the justins files. Will .169 even work on my phone? I tried .163 and my data and email ddnt work. Is there a way to put the new filed over what I have?

You could put it over 162 but I suggest moving to 169 as it has a better radio. But to go over 162 all you need to do is replace the files in the java folder

Running great.
Radio seems fine. 11 dBm increase on the cradle compared to before the update.
GPS seems fine (well as good as it can get on an 8330)
Browser is as fast as lyricidal's or faster
No profile crashes
No chirp or blast

Trackball response is very nice and quick. I'm back to 70/70 again. Took a few minutes to settle in, but there is a noticable speed difference. I'll bet anyone who loads this after using stock .77 or .131 will shti themselves with delight.
Thumbs Up!

Reason: after more thourough investigation and less weed typos were fixed.
Just installed. Copied files in Java folder to an already .169 based Hybrid. Very snappy. Only thing I noticed is Viigo does not work - some kind of exception error. Reinstalled but still got error. Guess I'll get over it. Overall very nice.
I have to say this is the best so far! All the minor lag in the last hybrid (w/ .191 in it...) is gone. Browser is as fast as you could ever hope for!!! Very impressive.
If you have been following these threads and are running a hybrid, dump it. Wipe your BB (back it up first please) and load this one over a nice clean .169 factory OS. You will be happy you did!

You can paste in the .169 files into your Java folder even though it is from a CDMA OS. As long as you don't change your radio file in your GSM folder or overwrite any of your wifi .cod files, you will be ok.
I was using .163 files on my 8330 before .169 came out, even though it was for the GSM 8310.

Installed the newest hybrid and so far everything is running okay....a little sluggish at first. So I did a battery pull and now it is running good...will have to see how everything are in a couple hours.
Nice JA. I'll install when I get home. A suggestion would be to edit your first post and place the new hybrid link. This way, if there is a new one, those interested wouldnt have to scroll through every page just to find the new link. In other words, try and follow the same format as other hybrid threads and give information as to what the hybrid consists of for those interested. Or else you'll get questions up the wahzoo asking what version it is.

Thanks to the responses from everyone. I'm gonna try putting .169 on my 8320 monday night when I have off. If it doesn't work, oh well, that's all part of the fun.

I'd like to fix all of the errors if I can. Please post the error here and I will do my best to fix. Thanks!
