Need to retieve infor via Blackberry Protect

Hi all,

I have a blackberry 9320 which runs on BB 7 OS and for some reason BBM and other services get activated under the BIS services by the mobile service provider. I need to access some of my old and important information which I can retrieve only via blackberry Protect. Can somebody help me with a solution. Is there a possibility to retrieve that info using the BB phones running on BB 10 OS?

No. You would need to reactivate the old device.
