hi....i have an 8700c for at&t and just purchased it from someone and it is running OS 4.5.0.110 but there is no BBM icon loaded on the phone....

since i have the current OS (which is what I wanted), how do i get the blackberry messenger program??

someone please help, i am new to all this.....i do have the desktop CD that it came with but i am confused. someone may have to walk me through this very slowly....please help!

to fix the missing icon just hit berry button from main screen, then options, then click "Reset Settings"
