been trying the hybrid out a few hours, can't say anything else than good job mate! works perfect for me!
My media player froze after pausing with the mute button (came back and :()...

do you mind telling me which desktop software version ur using? coz i cant seem to get pass the install :(
i can only install through the desktop software which is really bugging me since i always install hybrid using loader b4 :(

ps: how do you install cod anyway.. i do normally but it does nothing :confused:
can you provide the hotspot cod files in build 74 max?
Just install it with loader like you do with another OS and use BBSAK If you want to inject any cod!
If it doesn't work use the loader as said before. make sure you delete the vendor files.
and i use the latest Desktop Manager version :)

the problem is, after i select which to include with os, at the 'Booting device', some error with usb thing came out. It doesnt happen before this :(
On the cod inject part, i've installed cod's before this, it worked fine, but this is the first time i'm using os7 device, it failed.. It does nothing, not even a flash~ :confused:
I would appreciate an answer to the following 2 questions:
1- How is the battery life of this hybrid compared to .540 ?
2- Should we follow the same installation procedure ( deleting the 2 vendor.xml files...)

Max and Berrylicious both have dropped some crazy sh*t with their Hybrid OS , one of the best actually for BB 9900 , one things they didn't think about : Multilanguages . I can guarantee a multilanguages(including europe language) .exe or a mini tutorial to show how to add languages would give way more credits from overseas !!! We're waiting lol :)
answer to question 1:
The battery life i'm very happy about. It's alot better than the .540, in my personal experience that is. I'm a big BB user during the day and with the .540 battery life would be gone in a flash. Don't have that with this one.
Soon I gonna upload an installer with all languages for this hybrid but separated from the original hybrid ;)

Will my BB still work on an Enterprise / BES account with this hybrid OS?

I'm currently using v7.1.0.74 and around three weeks ago the mobile hotspot stopped working (it was working prior to that). The following message is displayed after I try to activate mobile hotspot: "Cannot start Mobile Hotspot due to a temporary network problem. Please try again later"
Are there users out there who experienced the same issue with v7.1.0.74 but have upgraded to this hybrid version and found the mobile hotspot working again? The reason I ask is because there are alot of theories as to why the mobile hotspot has just suddenly stopped working (i.e. carrier or RIM blocking the feature, instability of the OS etc..). Any input would be greatly appreciated - thanks.
I get the same error but I read somewhere that that some carriers (mine being one of them) will not allow that feature or tethering if your data plan is less than 1 GB. I assumed that was the reason for me since I only have a 500MB plan. The difference is it never worked for me so maybe my assumption was incorrect given your experience.
People from now use official 7.1.0.190 :D until something new release and them I will do another hybrid

Anyways i've fixed my problem, it seems that the phone rejects the older version of desktop software. I installed the 7.0 Build 30, it worked fine; injecting cods and install os using loader. Thanks btw for the hybrid. Only sad thing is i think the batt last shorter then my old bold :(
For the next time don't forget multilanguage hybrid :p
Can you please make sure that it is ALL languages , I mean including Arabic ?

Thx for this hybrid. I'm 28 hours off the charger and still @36% battery with moderate useage. Best 9900 os I've used so far!!
Blackberry bridge will not work with this release.
