    Hello i'm willing to try your hybrid but just this one step I dont get;

    If you are user of 9780, download the alx file and it SFI, to SFI in the copy and insert it into the folder MasDueiza, delete the SFI of Onyx, copy and then replace it. alx files outside the folders MasDueiza and java. (onyx user skip this step)

    Where are the alx and SFI located? In the same folder where the Java folder is located or am I tripping?
    Can you please explain this?
    Will be installing later or tommorow!

    I apologize, because I do not use a screen Muncher, so I do not know if there is a mistake like that. The solution, use other applications such as capture it, capture Nux, screenshots, etc

    Or, instead of using another app, try using the event log to find a fix. I would start with replacing the framework_apps cod from the base that you are using

    i was also confused but here is the solution. the sfi delta.rar will contain 2 files. one is delta.sfi and the other is platform.alx

    simply open C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9700M_v6.0.0.576_P6.6.0.216. Paste the platform.alx file here

    Then you will see MasDueiza folder below the java folder. open this folder and paste the delta.sfi file here and delete the onyx.sfi file

    thats it. you are good to go

    Just wondering, if I am running another hybrid do I need to do a clean install and then do this? Or can I just go ahead and throw this over the other one, this is my first time so I don't really know.
