I like what this has to offer. The 3G icon is back... like.

Memory solid at 40 meg for the past 3 hours.
No issues with calls and seems faster when moving files.
I have not encountered the stack overflow error (yet)

Will give it a work out for a few days.

Installation went smooth. Picked up 3Mb and typing seems to be more responsive than 419. My biggest concern with 419 was memory leakage, so will have to see how this goes for the next few days.

Same here I downloaded over .419 but to me, I feel this browser is sloppy which means its not respnsive , later tonight I'm going to try the other hybrid to see what thatone offers

Have been running for half a day and so far this is great, seems quicker than .530 and the memory is really stable for me so far. Loaded after a battery pull at 27.3mb and it is still there so far. I will see what it looks like tomorrow. For those who said hybrids are not worth it, I have to disagree now!!! Thanks for this!

I will have to see where this heads but I have lost 6Mb in 3.5 hours. Started at 35 and now at 29. Only did a single battery pull to start.

Is the lock the only difference between the two? Does the battery still drain abnormally fast?

Yeah I'm on .497 and I really like it. Is this one better? Anybody go from .497 to .548? And can I just copy this over .497?

After leaking down 6Mb in less than 4 hours, I have only lost .5Mb in the next 6 hours. I will check again tomorrow to see if it has stabilized. In 10 hours the battery is still at 85% with minimal usage. That would give me about 3 days of running time on a full charge. That's about what I have seen with the best OS's so far.

I'm having a problem with Berryweather not updating on the homescreen since I updated. Anyone else have that issue or know a fix?

I'm holding at a 34-30MB for over a day now. Here are the apps I have running now. I'm running the "Elle Knock-off Classic" theme with the following apps.

    Good:
    Opera Mini 5
    Poynt
    YouTube
    App World
    CrackBerry App Store
    StormSlider(Weather Icon works too)
    Google Maps
    Pandora
    BerryBuzz

    Not Working:
    Vlingo Plus

Because Vlingo isn't working I'll most likely end up switching back to the last Verizon official unless someone can figure out what is causing it to mess up. It keeps getting stuck on "Making sure you can reach the Vlingo server.."

I'll finish installing a few more apps I have and update the post in a bit.

While in sleep mode for 10 hours memory leaked 0.2Mb and the battery showed no change. I will need to keep an eye on memory leakage as 419 was not linear. It would be stable for a little while and the drop like a rock from 20+Mb to less than 10 and say I needed to close apps or reboot.

So far, I would say this is an improvement in battery life but too early to say about memory stability.

    3SI #160

    Memory continues to leak.

    Reboot 36Mb
    3.5 hours later at 30
    4 hours later at 29
Sleep mode for 10 hours, 28
    5 hours later at 25.

So my estimate is about 4 days between mandatory reboots. Good news is the battery is at 80% after more than 24 hours.

After 48 hours, the memory actually went back up to 28Mb and the battery is at 60%. If the leaks have stopped or slowed, I can live with this. Much better than 419 so far.
