I contected my bb to my computer for the first time today to back it up and dl the new update but when i went to get bbm it was gone i looks in my applications list on my bb and its there but i cant find the icon anywhere i tryed redownloading it from app world but it keeps telling me there was an error can anyone help me please? i am running the storm on verizon os 4.7.0.148

Go to your main menu and hit the menu button and click show all. Its prob hidden somewhere.

the same thing happened with my browser icon, and I just now got it back when I read the advice to click show all, and it worked me for me...thanks!
