All other 9860 users, please report back with your findings and fixes.
Thanks!
Ok installed and uploading now to mirror.
No notable differences right now but not much time on it yet. Looking for Wifi calling but not sure where to find it. I will keep looking.
Memory down 1.5mb after 5 min battery pull hopefully memory leaks are better.

Website offline... And some people are saying the file is corrupt
Click the link bottom left of the page..... says view live site, That worked for me!
I'm not sure where to look either, but if I interpret the 9900/9810 posts correctly, when connected to wifi, there should be a new indicator in the notification/status area (homescreen top section). Similar to, but not the same as, the appearance of the UMA indicator on older model BB's.
I'll poke around in the other forums to see if I can get more info. I don't think there is any "wifi preferred" option in the mobile network part of connections any more like there was with UMA. Also, I think it is carrier controlled but not via service book as some speculate (for example, Rogers has the ability to enable UMA on a per device basis if you are on a Talkspot plan -- and devices that aren't on a Talkspot plan will not ever see UMA on their BB).
I'm a Rogers Wireless customer. They're NOT updating cause they're D!@K$ like that. SO Yesterday, I loaded on the Bell / Telus .267 update (they're both the exact same) AND NOW My phone KICKS A$$!! BUT I was just thinking to myself; "You know, RIM should continue to update 7.1, cause some more tweaking can be done AND NOW It's done!
COINCIDENCE?
Personally, I think RIM should make A LOT more tweaks, to the point of os7.5 release - BUT - SURPRISE the market with the update, to help sell off the existing os7's, and earn some good press.
I too would love to see on 9850. I would also like to hear some more feedback on the wifi calling option. I can only imagine SPrint and Verizon have it locked down as tight as Mobile Hotspot.
Option for WIFI calling should be under networks and connections.. if not then i dont think its in the release at all
Can anyone confirm whether this update fixes the screen dimming and turning off whilst still using? I hope that makes sense. Currently I'm using the last leaked release and the screen keeps turning off and going on standby whilst I'm using the phone.
Thanks, I'm downloading it right now!
No visible changes, no wifi calling. Honestly, I would be content with less memory leak than .267.......one can hope right:)
Could someone post some mirrors please
Sent from my BlackBerry 10 Device
I don't think I have seen a BB OS platform 4.7, 5.0, 6.0 etc. stabilize their leaking issues until well into the 500s. But if anyone can report less than 1/2 meg an hour, I'd be pleased to know about it.
The screen is supposed to dim while taking a call. It's so your ear doesn't inadvertently end the call. When you move the phone away from your ear, the screen opens again. It has a sensor.
You can also open it again by pressing the trackpad.
It's a call setting also (I think).
However, IF you phone is locking, and dropping the call - that's something different.
Could someone please post a mirror? This is a painful process downloading from 1upshare.

What I mean is that i could be typing a message and the screen will dim and go off even though I'm using it. I'll see how it goes with this one.
