I am getting a glitch on my FB notifications that once attended to aren't cancelling on its own but it returns back.
Several batt pulls haven't repaired this prob either. Maybe an uninstall / re-install may help.

Anyone having this ? (am using fb 3.0.0.9 beta)

Only bug I have found, is when someone posts a photo in one of my BBM Groups, when I check my inbox, and click on the notification, nothing comes up, it just hangs with the person's comment.

I have tried a battery pull, and still seems to be doing it. I can still go into the group itself and view the photo/comments, but weird, seems like the screen is stuck in the transition from inbox to photo....idk Could be because I am using the BBM beta version, though I am not sure. I may downgrade to the last official BBM version.

Otherwise, it's all good. SocialScope gave me a a few errors, I just reinstalled the app and it works great.

This build seems to have fixed the bug where the backlight settings reverted to 70% after a battery pull.

Just done my first post install pull and remained at 20%.

hmm. I'm seeing pretty good battery life already. went to sleep at 55%. woke up 7 hours later at 50%. with a few emails, bbm, 1 missed call, facebook notification and a few txt messages. not on bedside mode or anything. just normal profile with all the notification led and sound on. battery saving mode always on. inaccurate battery meter or just good battery life? haha. will monitor and update more. anyone can comment on their battery life?

Would be really good if Mod could combine this thread with http://forums.crackberry.com/leaked-...9900-a-710611/

    or close one of them.

It's confusing when people are posting findings on the same OS in 2 different places !!!

as i was pretty excited to see a new leak (7.1.0.342) i jumped the gun and followed the instructions of installin the 342 os over my 284 file.blah blah blah. does it make a diiference for me to install it completely on it own without using the 284 installer?

i would rather be running a full solid 342 os. can anyone help me out?

Battery behaves in a weird way. I fully charged my battery but I cannot make it show more that 96% charge...
I tried other chargers.. same issue... My opinion is that the battery charge is not correctly displayed... never had this issue with previous versions..

    Cheers

Free mobile hotspot is lost on this build. 284 and 267 still work, at least with AT&T. Anyone else notice this?

Update, overwriting UMTS folder with radio from .284 on .342 load does not fix hotspot issue.

    Installed over .284 | shrunk | loaded

My OS was approx. 78 MB after shrinking

.342 is extremely snappy & so far seems a good batt life ... but its too soon now
Damn what did you remove? I shrinked mine to 112.xx and thot that was good.

It works fine for me. Wifi Remains off when turned off, even after a soft reset or battery pull.

Refresh the page. These forums don't auto-update like xenforo does.

Install went smoothly. Confirmed that NFC is now visible for T-Mobile USA. Though without actual payment apps I don't have much of a use for NFC. But my 9900 will be ready for NFC payments as soon as an app is available. Which may be a while since Google Wallet is being 'redesigned' so to speak.

    Installed over .267 Base.

Routine upgrade after that. Back up > Wipe > Install > Restore

Seems to be working fine, for now.
