If you download this using safari or something, it becomes an html file.

inside that html file there is a link to a sendspace, that's how I downloaded it.

I had issues like everyone else using chrome because it'd download a rar file. There seems to be a "pointing issue" with the download link from 1upspce, because I think it is trying to point you to the file which is hosted on sendspace.

confirmed. If you download the file using any browser, rename the extension from .rar to .html. From there, open this .html file and it will have the link inside with the ACTUAL file!

Now - I guess we paste this downloaded & unrar'd folder contents over .284 loader's contents (pretty much like an earlier one as I recall ...)

Temporary note for Method 1:
NOTE FOR THIS METHOD: DUH ON MY PART, RENAME THE DEFAULT INSTALL FOLDER FROM 9360M_v7.0.0.530_P8.0.0.499 to 9900AllLang_v7.1.0.342_P5.1.0.276, fixing upload right now
This WILL NOT and I STRESS WILL NOT affect the OS install, just will look like you're installing a 9360 folder
