    Much appreciate the Leak .668 from @ rroyy And also the speedy Fileserve link.

    My sincere Thanks to @ zocster for the Super Tip !!

    ==========================================

    The installation was 'as smooth as silk' with not a hitch.

    Am using the .668 cods with the .666 sfi & with "everything loaded to my device", i.e. data + all apps, I still have over 250 MB storage.

    Too early to say anything about Battery Life but with RIM still down here in India, voice calls are flawless (just like the earlier devil's version).

    Will update more in a cpl of days.

    Once again - zocster U made it rockz !!

    audio_engr gave up on the hybrid mix and went with the full official OS .668

    During the day today, I ditched the .668 mix os (.668 cods + .666 sfi asian) for the all .668 Multi os from Vodafone UK.

    Having used it almost half a day today with 2 long distance phonecalls lasting close to 5 hrs, some bbm, some browsing using 3G, all apps updating and some FB, I am delighted to report that the All .668 os from Vodafone is "even better" from my earlier experience with with os's with better radio quality (yet the sfi being almost 4MB less from my previous install).

    This is by far the best, non-intruding OS so far I've experienced on my 9780. It just performs its tasks effortlessly & in a very smooth manner. I cannot report of any issues that didn't perform to expectations.

    Over the days, let's see how Batt life hangs on ...

    I recently switched from BB 9900 to 9780 only because of beat-to-the-death battery life of 9900.
    Just wondering if my current battery discharge rate (Please see the attachment) is normal for 9780 running on 3G with few calls and 5 to 8 BBM messages a day with OS 6.0.0.668.
    Thanks in advance

    Yes, that's a pretty respectable discharge rate. There are newer OS versions for the 9780...pretty sure you can find 6.0.0.723 in the forums.
