    you are getting this problem because bb did a major server upgrade last night and everything went hay wire today with service books regestaring and so forth my phone went on fritts first thing ths morniing ended up at carriers place they called bb and found this to be a nation wide problem they have no eta when it will be fixed hopefully tonite or sometime tommorrow....
