i got my new Bold 9700 yesterday,
it is working fine...
i just face one issue with bbm.
when ppl sending me bb in bbm, it just show the icon on the top and not showing how many person sending me!!! like before it shows numbers near the icon.. now its not showing,,,
i remove battery and put it again.... i remove the BBM and reinstall it, but its same....
It should show you the number of BBM chats you have new messages in. Make sure you're on the newest version which I believe is 5.0.0.57 and see if that doesn't fix your issue .

In your main message list click options and then scroll down to message count - then make sure where it says "message count" that the option is set to "unread" and not "none"

was it to do with the 'fix' I suggested? If so it may be worth a little re-boot to make sure the handset realises how many unread bbm's there actually are...

and i reboot it and now its very nice, working fine
before i reboot it show 47 unread bbm!! but anfetr i reboot its just fine,
