hi i have a really strange problem. my phone suddenly stopt recieving mails, bbm messages en i cant go on the internet with it anymore. the only thing that works is, i can send bbm messages but can't recieve them. i did all the possible things like sending the servicebooks, battery pull, wiped my device, called my operator nothing worked. and if i go to service status blackberry internet service it says not connected. can anybody help me. i just cant live without my blackberry :-(
Call your carrier, have them remove your device from the network, then have them add it back again. When they finish, try resending your service books and register your host routing table. This should resolve your issue.

thats all fine, i have edge instead of EDGE. my servicebooks are gone and i cant resend them. its a verry odd problem.

If you aren't getting your service books I would think the issue lies with your carrier. Call them and tell them you need the service books sent.
Now I know this us a silly question, but I have to ask. You do have a BB data plan right?
