Both my husband and me have Pearl 8130's. He accidently lost his BBM and was able to download the newest version. Mine has now been cleared off and now we cannot download any version. When we attempt it downloads, then it installs for a long time then we get an error message saying that there was an error while installing. We have tried to download the BB Desktop but that will not save to our computer as we get an error message there too. Anybody have any suggestions? We greatly appreaciate any sugestions.

i have a 8120 and i've just lost my blackberry icon and contacts trying to download the new 5.0 version of bbm...can anyone help me pls???
