helloo i am new here, i recently bought a blackberry curve imported unlocked 9360 from ebay.in

now i active BIS plan from idea cellular... phone works great in incoming and outgoing calls and text messages but when i try to register via host routing table > register now and then message appear "message sent" but i cant register.. so i call my service provider and thay said that your phone is unlocked but your imei or pin not unlocked (means imei is not belongs to India) so this is foreign career phone so cant get setting up with indian network... so you need to change (reset) imei and pin for india... so whats next?? what should i do.. i already reload os 7.1 and how to change imei and pin and this is really works or not?
need help fast... and also if you have any trick or tips so that are most welcome.
