how do you stop blackberry messenger alert from opening when taken out of holster?

iv managed to stop txt messages from opening but no blackberry messages

if you pull the phone out of the holster while the alert is still going off it will open to the alert that is going off. you have to wait untill the alert is done, pull it from the holster and everything will stay closed.

u have to leave it about 10 seconds, is there any way of stopping it? you can do it with the txt messages

I have it set at one vibe & one tone... the shortest amount of time possible... ... ... no there is no way to turn it off, i called RIM directly when i got my first blackberry, there is nothing you can do to turn it off.

I even if I wait 5 minutes after I receive a bbm and take the phone out the holster it still auto opens it. What a pain in the @$$.
