How can I keep it connected to the USB during the repair and upgrade process of installation. The green light beside the model in the desktop software manager goes off soon after connecting.
I have a good understanding of what needs to be done and tried several ways to acheive this but unless I can keep it connected I wont be able to complete the process. I have unchecked allow computer to manager power settings for each of the USB Root hubs.
