to those that are having problems using alt_enter to lock the device and getting language options, you need to change in the localisation menu and disable , quick menu selection

I recently ran across a code from the guy at the AT&T store ...

    ##21#

This code scans for the nearest cell tower and has worked for me every time.

Does anyone else know of codes like this one?

ALT + B U Y R = in the Status screen brings up the hidden data and minuete usage.....I think I read somewhere that it was there for a warranty?return thing...Mine says exceeded 250K and exceeded 60 min....If it says that i don't think that you could return the phones....once those limitis were exceeded....they're yours.

    I could be wrong though....

If you use the code on the Curve 8350i and the new OS update to .313 it will actually display life timers when using the code, or something like the amount exceeding the 250K/60 min limit.
    Code works on my Curve.

Probably a long shot, but does anyone know how to do any of these for the storm? (if that's even possible?)
These all work on the Storm, except for soft-reset. Bring up the keyboard wherever you are (binding it to a side-key works), hold Alt to lock (the !?123 key) and press whatever keys the letters would be on.

For example, if the code says "Hold ALT and press V, A, L, D" (this one only works in Address Book), you'd bring up the keyboard, hold !?123 until it locks, release it, and then press $, *, L, 5.
