    Is that a new/ sideloaded OS ?
Please note that if you've just upgraded to 10.3.1.xx, first boot can take a long time (i mean up to 30 minutes+).

    In the negative,
you can either use Link (pc/mac) or grab an autoloader in the leaks section ... there are several options.

edit : please be sure you need it (see my initial point) but if you really want : http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...ersion-872821/

I'm affraid something went wrong ... so you might indeed reload the OS, see post #2 ...

You may want to give a try to Sachesi for a non destructive update (if possible), especially if you have precious data in your internal memory and no backup. Be careful, take the time to read all the options before proceeding.
Ask in the thread linked if you're unsure / need further assistance.

    Hope it helps,
    SF
