    4.5 is only a Beta right now and hasn't been officially released by any of the North American carriers, so your OS is probably the most current official release from Verizon.

    Depending on which version OS you have (betas), that may not work.


    Holding Alt and while doing so typing this sequence : E A C E ... then releasing the Alt key.
