    On my Blackberry, it has the smiley face and the number one indicating that I have a blackberry message I haven't checked. But, when I go to my Blackberry messenger, I have no conversations going on or anything. I've tried to erase all the conversations I have and everything. When I scroll over the Blackberry messenger applications, it says I have (1) Blackberry messsage and I don't. How do I clear the smiley face on top?
