HELo. well i used blackberry destop messenger to tranfer everything from one blackberry to a new one and the contact are in blackberry messenger however they say "Contact is unreachable??" and i cant converse with anyone someone please help what do i do or what did i do wrong?

If you transferred the contacts to a different phone your pin would be different.

You may need to send those contacts your new pin in order to use your BBM.
