    Ok, so my girlfriend has the tour as well as I and she was having problems with BBM 5.0 and she wants the old BBM back. She deleted the whole BBM program off the blackberry and I cant find the stuff to reinstall the old one. Can someone help me please?

    Go to VZW website and download the device software (4.7) run it hook up Tour and install BBM.
