Can anyone help I just got the tour and am new to it- i lost my BBM Icon i tried to reload it using my PC but i'm being told I can't access it thru html???? Anyone have any suggestions???? I NEED MY BBM it's my life line!!!!
Check all folders first. If not there delete and reinstall OTA from blackberry.com/messenger from your phone. Make sure to back up your contacts before you delete.
