I'm sure the answer is "no", but it there any way I can transfer all of my old txt messages, bbm messages, or even received and dialed calls into my new replacement tour? And why couldn't Verizon include a battey with the replacement phone... It would have made things so much easier...

Easier it would've been but they don't want brand new batteries being used temporarily.

Anyways, just plug in your old phone and open Desktop Manager and go to Device Switch Wizard. It's pretty much self explanatory and easy to do. It will back up and restore practically EVERYTHING onto your new phone. Very handy.

Use the Device Switch Wizard found in Desktop Manager. It transfers all data from the old to the new! I've done this going from a Curve to the Tour. ;-)

I can get messages and texts but not bbm conversations to switch over. Is that possible through desktop manager?

No, currently opened BBM conversations WILL NOT SWITCH OVER

if you want to save what you are chatting about, you will have to email the convo to yourself you you have a record of it.
    Sorry.
