Wow, I have been spared so much agitation. I know its getting redundant, but seriously. I was really going to take the thing back if somebody told me there was no way to fix that. Happy happy day.
The GMail app doesn't allow me to have the HTML email I have grown accustomed to (unless they've updated the GMail app to allow it) and doesn't really have the push email that I get with my BIS. But the GMail app is pretty cool otherwise.

I'm on Tmobile, where do I go to edit my BIS/BES options?
Login to My Tmobile, go to Services, you have two "Edit Email Options" one for your T-Mail the other for your Blackberry accounts.. Ez Pz.
now here's one for ya......on my origional bb i was able to do this in a snap, no problem. now i have a new one from a warrenty replacement and when i try to log in to my bis account on the comp it tells me i have an account (which i cant remember the password to and none of my usuals work) so i click "forgot password" and the email it sends me is "you have asked for your password to be sent to your device. user name and password dont exist. please use your device to access blackberry internet service". now what?
i have sprint and i couldnt remember my PIN so i typed in my username and it sent the PIN to me.
now when i log in it tells me to check my information and try again.
obviously my username is correct because it sent me my PIN... and obviously the PIN is correct.
so what gives?!
i'm at the sprint/nextel bis
what do i do now?!?!?
I do not have gmail and I get teh sent notifications back i am getting really annoyed. I have an yahoo account and a school acct i use and it is so annoying. I have the blackberry pearl

This filter was working fine, than I had an issue with my email and I had to call Verizon to get it working again. Now the filter is not working at all. I have deleted the account and re-added it, deleted the filter re added, added filter from the device and from the BIS site multiple times, I have even done a wipe. NOTHING helps. Any ideas guys?
Did u try resending the service books from the website?
I sure did, about 15 times. LOL This is annoying!

I have a personal Blackberry, so I don't use it for business. When I tried to set this up, it says the user name and password have already been created, but I requested it be sent to my Storm, and it sent a message saying there is no username and password created... I use gmail, and this is getting on my nerves.
Help?
What you need to do is open up the email settings app on the storm. From here you can create a new email account or use your existing gmail account. Also you can create a user name and password for the BIS site. If you press the BB key and click Create Username and Password you can do this.
