hi all,

i had tried for a few days to installing this OS 7.0 and on the Loader wizard, still got a message "the blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device that you have connected to the computer" and it can't load the OS component on the Device Application Selection column. i had tried to installing, repairing, removing the OS for a few times and still got the same message. second before it, the phone got blank (black screen). need help asap. thanks before

Manually download the OS component by locating your carrier after following this link to Blackberry's carrier OS download site.

Pick the latest version your carrier offers and enter your information as requested.

I use this all the time and it works fine.
