"Generic" icons, how to get the original/fancy icons?

Hi, I've been getting weird blue window icons instead of the actual icons on certain apps recently. My Audio Postcard icon changed to this suddenly today and I was wondering how to get the original or non-generic icon back.

Does anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

i believe those apps are carrier based/pushed applications. i dont think you can change them. what other apps changed.

i also noticed certain apps, RIM based ones that came with the newest 5.0 OS's, also had this change. i dont think there is a way around it.
