    Could someone plz guide me step by step how to factory reset my BlackBerry q10 to 10.1? ...tried it through BlackBerry link but I keep getting an error and when I finally "got it" I checked "myver" and it still showed Q10SQN100-1/10.2.0.1767... :'( so idk what's the problem
    Wanna c if an official os would make a difference on my battery life.

    You can't go back to factory OS through reset. You have to download the original OS and install it the same way you installed the leak. Search the forums for it, it's there somewhere.

    Hmm. I thought I saw it before. Have you tried10.2.0.1047 ? I've been using it for about 2 months and it's very stable. I would recommend it over factory OS for sure.

    Connect your BlackBerry to pc without battery then choose reload software put your battery back it will revert to carrier os

    Battery life is very good. I've side loaded plenty of apps. Candy crush is my fav.
