So basically I have my tour with BIS on Verizon. My email is through my school and is setup using IMAP. On my Macbook, I use the Mail.app for my email as well. I made some folders to organize some of the emails I keep in Mail.app under "On this Mac". Problem is whenever I move these emails on my Mac into the folders, they disappear on my blackberry. I understand why this happens because of IMAP, but just want to know a solution for my problem if there is any. Thanks!
I have an IMAP account as well. Basically, Blackberry doesn't do the whole IMAP folder thing at all (as far as I can tell). Definitely sucks, but what can you do. I mainly use my Blackberry for time-sensitive emails and to keep updated, so the archival mail folder purpose doesn't really matter. It does look like there are some 3rd party apps out there -- just came across LogicMail -- looks decent:
