Email does not delete on BB when deleted from inbox on Mac

I have a Blackberry Bold 9790 and have done all the things to synchronize my inboxes on my Mac mail, but I have two problems.

1. When I delete from the firefox browser on my gmail it doesnt do anything on my bb
2. I can't get my hotmail accounts to work on my bb

The settings I have set are:
Delete on: Prompt
Wireless reconcile: yes
On Conflicts: Mailbox wins

So where am I going wrong? I've been deleting from my bb and it deletes on my computer, but no vice versa, so it's been really annoying. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks! :)

That's the way it works unfortunately. Same goes for a PC.
