    BlackBerry is all about security. The messges states:

    "To help prevent unauthorized use of this email address, we need to confirm its ownership...."

    If you are the actual owner, you can ignore and delete it. It is intended to warn users of potential security violations. You will know somebody is trying to access your account.

    I think everyone gets that email its just that blackberrys delete it automatically upon receiving it.
