I hope I don't regret doing this, but I pulled together everyone's suggestions....using the .114 OS and pulling the Java files out of the 9500 .113 official release....and throwing in the CDMA/radio file from .109 and uploaded it into one nice file for those who want to try this hybrid, but don't have the time or patience to put it together...Props to everyone involved for coming up with the ideas for this, I have tried this already and I can assure you, I will not upgrade from this until there is an official release..and it better be a darn good one at that! The file is WinZipped unfortunately, but as soon as you unzip, you should be able to run DM and install from there. As always, if you're not sure what you are doing, please read the appropriate threads involving installing OS's and how to fix a bricked phone in case you mess up. I will try my best to answer any questions that are out there, Good luck! (Link is below)
Honestly, it wasn't a problem for me, I believe the .cod is from .113, When you are able to test, let me know if it's still an issue.
ok, I will do some checking in the .113 threads before downloading/testing....it's only forwarding mms thats been an issue for me or sending images I pulled onto my phone from my pc....never had any issues with pics taken by my phone & sending
I'd like to try this 'mutant hybrid' as well, but the zip file isn't working for me either. I get a ton of errors when unzipping and then the java folder is empty.

Is it possible to make a hybrid OS for the Bold so that the radio picks up the 3g Tmobile Network ? Or pull the radio setting from a Sprint/ Verizn/ att CURVE TO MAKE THE tmo Curve 3g capable ?
