Yes, you would need to reenter your email and activation password in Options->Adv Options->Enterprise Activation.

Also your IT will most likely have to reset the password to allow you to reactivate.

Yes, IT BB manager will have to reset and activate (generally for a limited period of time) your password for you to reactivate your BES aacounts.
