I havent been on in a bit but am confused. .419 and .428 were leaked? for the 9530? I've searched and cant find anything...
Only .419 has been leaked as OTA (Java and CDMA folders only) and not as an exe. Lyricidal built an exe file that you can run it over .328 installtion on your PC. You have the choice between the official .419 or a hybrid based on .428 java or .425 java because some think .428 java are laggy.
I choose the .419 original and it seems to be smooth working without any problem.
I used the fore mentioned Lyricidal exe last night and am now running the 419/428 hybrid.
What a difference from the 328/428 hybrid I was running!
I have been bragging to my brother all day about how fast and responsive it it. He wants me to load it up for him when he comes home for christmas in a few days.
Is there the multi-touch typing in the hybrid, or is it the old school typing Where you'd have to wait for the screen to pop back up entirely before typing your next letter?
The Lyricidal 419/428 is the best OS I have run to date and it has the keyboard pop ups if you want it. I highly recommend it. I'm at work so I can't test my link below but there it is. You install .328 and then run the Lyricidal file. You can choose full java install of 419, 425, or 428 and it will replace all the 328 files for you. Works great and as I said 428 is the best thing I have done for my phone to date. Results will vary of course.

Multi touch is a limitation of the S1 only having one button behind the screen. The only fix is to get an S2 that has 4 buttons behind the screen.

no that is not what he is asking. He is saying if you press 1 letter and start the click, then with touch another letter and then let off the screen and let the cick finish will it select both letters...it worked like this on other builds
